Like everything else in this world today, people believe what they are told by the mass publicity advertising ploys. They never tell you what's going on behind the Sean's, Control and Money is what they are more interested in not the consumers,

Lets start with Apple Mac's famous philosophy, Control the widget, and the widget will control the widget user, We control the widget so we control the user, Meaning you buy a Mac product but mac still own it, they tell you what you can do and what you can't do with your Mac widget, you pay the price and a high price at that, there is no difference between a Mac and a normal Intel laptop period.

Next where have you been over this last month with all the news about windows 7 and IE7, There is a world wide uproar going on, governments have been warning their citizens not to use windows.

Next you are looking in the wrong place, for a start when it comes to information on computers going to Best Buys again where have you been they have the worst customer service reputation in America,. again it all comes down to Monopoly, they have the monopoly they have the control

Next computers manufactures, according to the consumers Laptop Magazine HP and Dell and Mac in 4th place are rated the worst computer systems to buy The top rated systems are Asus, Acer, Sony and Toshiba in that order,

I REALLY want the Intel Core i7 720QM 1.6GHz...... Why?

My answer to that is There is no software out for it, in fact there is no MS Windows operating system or software out for the dual core processors,.

I have had my answer removed for informing people like you about the pit falls of using windows 7 and buying a mac so i can't give you the links to go and check them out for yourself or they will remove this answer.
